SendaSmile uses the details you provide to create, store and deliver personalised greeting cards. This can include account details, recipient details, message prompts, generated card content, delivery history and support messages.

How we use data

We use data to provide the service, prevent abuse, process payments, send transactional emails and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or export of your data by contacting privacy@sendasmile.co.uk.

Processors

The service may use Supabase for authentication/database, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery and AI providers for card generation.
